In order for students to be consider during tryouts, all students must first submit a completed physical by their physician, and on file with the school nurse.

Sports Contract

TBD / 24-25 Sports Contract is being finalized and will be shared soon.
To participate in any Philips Paterson sports team, students must submit completed physical forms, signed by the student, parent/guardian, and physician. Students who fail to submit both the physical forms and the sports contract will not be permitted to take part in practices or scheduled games.
