Eileen Turgott, Director of Programs and Partnerships
Eileen Turgott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Lebanon Valley College. She began her career in music education at St. Philip’s Academy in 2007, where she embraced the school's mission and values, particularly the principle that "Love Fuels All Things." In 2016, Eileen had the rewarding experience of witnessing her first kindergarten students graduate from eighth grade, coinciding with the school’s approval to expand its charter. That same year, she was honored to be selected as a member of the Founding Team for Philip’s Academy Charter School of Paterson.
Over the past nine years, Eileen has held various roles at Philip's Academy Paterson, including studio teacher, lead classroom teacher, and operational support. Currently, as the Director of Programs and Partnerships, she seamlessly integrates her classroom expertise with her operational skills, serving as a vital link between technical and creative initiatives. Eileen is passionate about fostering the potential in every child, believing in their capacity to grow, succeed, and thrive.
